Sinoun has always been an entrepreneur at heart, so it seemed inevitable that the self-described “techi nerd” and creative free-spirit would one day start her own web design company. Even before Sinoun founded ShiftWeb Solutions she was designing websites for others. She enjoys it so much that when she’s not working for clients she designs websites for herself. However, some of her greatest enjoyments come from activities that do not involve sitting in front of the computer, such as hanging out with her little sister who is 20 years younger, and connecting with friends, both old and new. Sinoun also delves into the worlds of cosmology and mythology to learn more about our amazing universe. And in her spare time, she writes short stories, which she crafts into homemade zines (small magazines often containing unconventional subject matter.) Her perfect day would consist of a summer picnic, listening to good music, eating fried chicken and staring at the clouds. The next item on her bucket list is to produce and direct music videos.Coming together
Although we both spend a good portion of our day behind a computer, it seems impossible to keep up with the latest software trends and social media sites, which are evolving daily. We only had to spend 5 minutes with Sinoun to know that her knowledge of technology extends beyond what most could ever learn. After meeting with this enthusiastic, original and imaginative individual we knew we had found our guide. In addition to designing our website, Sinoun provides training and social media marketing advice. We cannot guarantee that we will be posting selfies or defragging our tablets anytime soon, but now that we have Sinoun, we don’t need to – thank goodness!
